Orders–

We accept Paypal or Credit Card or Apple Pay.

Shipping–

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, with a 2-5 day delivery. If you need an item faster than our standard services, please contact us to discuss the options. Additional shipping costs will apply. International shipping available- please contact info@bladesnaturalbeauty.com to discuss. We offer a flat rate of $7.95 s/h for all orders shipped within the US.

Live in NYC and want to pick up the order and not pay shipping? Just enter the discount code: pickup. And you can come by our Brooklyn studio and pick up the products.

Gift Shipping–

If you are buying a gift via our site we are happy to gift wrap the item and include a personal note. Please email us at info@bladesnaturalbeauty.com with your order number in the subject line and we will be sure to personalize your gift for your special someone.

Not sure what to buy? Give us a call or send a picture and we can help you choose the right products in your price range.

Returns–

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time. If the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it. Email us within 7 days in order to resolve the issue. Shipping for these exchanges will not be refunded. To be sure your purchase is right for you before you buy- please feel free to contact us if you need more detailed product information.
