Topics to discuss but not limited to: holistic healing for your skin & beauty, suggestions for some products to add to your makeup routine, or herbal and kitchen medicine to support your stress/hormones/skin health.

Perhaps you are reading this because you are ready to really understand that particular skin issue you have been wanting to get to the bottom of… you know, the one that the dermatologist likes label - Dermatitis or Rosacea - and send you out the door with a prescription that might only temporarily help, if it helps at all - but doesn't look at the root cause. Whether dealing with a diagnosis or you are just looking for general skin support. I want to help you heal and make the connections about what can nourish and support your skin/beauty routine. This is a very customized consult, and what we work on and discuss is ultimately up to you.

Or perhaps you know you’d like to be more “natural” or more connected to plants or herbalism - but aren’t sure how - we will begin by talking about: holistic skin healing, food as medicine, how to heal your skin/stress/hormones by using herbs, and healing rituals to bring your body back to a state of balance. We could call this a healthy doula lifestyle session.

Details of the lesson:

Initial consult- During this session we will go over what products you have, what you want your look to be and what your current skills with makeup are (30 minutes via Zoom). I will then order the items for you or send you out to purchase the products that you need.
Followup lesson-
Once you have the products in hand, we will do the lesson with everything in front of you to practice with (1 hr via Zoom).

Follow up-

15 min call to troubleshoot any products or final questions from the lesson (15 min via Zoom).
