Perhaps you think it is an unpopular topic :) But I could really care less. Knowing your stool and what it means is a daily check in with your body and health. Get curious about what is happening with your stool and the conversation that your body is having with you every day. Take a look at the chart or hang it in your bathroom. Your bowel habits are a strong indicator of your digestive health. Changes in the color, shape and texture of your stool can reveal signs of infection, digestive issues or more serious health problems.
